He is survived by: his daughter Dana; his son-in-law Andy Bartel; his grandchildren, Peyton and Keagan of Derby, KS; his daughter Mika; his son-in-law Sean Roark; his grandchildren, Calli and Colbi of Olathe, Kansas; his sister Lois; his brother-in-law Marvin Smith of Bryan, Texas; his siblings, Donna Varnell of Paris, Arkansas and David Rutherford; and his siblings-in-law, Susan Narucki of San Diego, Kelly, Butch Miller of Bartlesville, OK, Billy and Lisa Dimmick of Alva, OK. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins and many friends.
