He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Bise and Alice Bise; his son Thomas Lee; and his siblings, Pauline, Glen and Garald.
He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Teri Weigant (Larry), Vicki McKenna (Dave) and James Bise (Connie); his grandchildren, David, Matthew, Clayon, Krystal of Shawn, T. J. and Aldin; and his sister Barbara Hudson (Garnet). He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
