It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Dutcher of Derby, Kansas, who passed away on June 14, 2024, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Fursee and Della Fursee (Bellwood); her grandsons, Stephen Sulllins and Ryan Dixon; her husband Leonard Dutcher; and her son-in-law Roy Milam.

She is survived by: her children, Marlys Milam, Donna Sullins and Dale Dutcher (Connie); and her grandchildren, Danita White, Kendra Sweet (JW), Deborah Link (Josh), Matthew Sullins (Phonsavanh), Josh Dutcher (Sara), Sarah Frye and Dan Dutcher. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
