She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Tarr and Lois Faye Tarr; her husband Robert W. Howard; and her sisters, Jamie, Jennie Lu, Virginia and Marjorie Lynn.
She is survived by: her children, Valeria Mullen (Kenny), Marylnn Ingwerson (Kevin) and Tim Howard (Cindy); and her brothers, J. B. and Van Tarr. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
