He was predeceased by: his children, Mary Moore, Stephan Moore and Milton B. Moore Jr. (Bud); and his wife Betty Moore. He is survived by: his daughters, Colleen Irvin and Beckie Hall; and his stepchildren, Meribeth Smalley, Joyceln Hughes and Randy Wise. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
