He was predeceased by: his parents, George Wayne Dowers and Lela Fern Dowers (Southard); his stepmother Frances Dowers; and his brother Gary Dowers. He is survived by: his sister Connie Harper; his girlfriend Sandra Simmons; his daughters, Melanie Collins (Mitch) and Heather Hall (Larry); his grandson Larry Hall Lucas Hall (Hannah); his niece Mandi Foltz (Michael); his nephews, Ryan Dowers, Troy Dowers, Brandyn Dowers (Heather), Britton Harper (Courtney), Chad Harper, Nathan Harper (Kasey) and Adam Harper; and his pet Milkshake. He is also survived by many great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.
