He is survived by: his wife Lea; his children, Deborah Jacobs of Derby, Lani Winegar of Derby, Penny Lusk (Larry) of Derby, Melvin Veach, Jr., Cynthia Veach, Candace Veach of Santa Monica, CA and Vince Veach (Lori) of Lenexa; his stepdaughter Jeanne Warcholik (Ted) of Atlanta, GA; and his siblings, Ralph Veach of Derby, Jerry Logan of Loveland, CO, Dot Russell (Russ) of Rockingham, NC, Joetta Vredenburg (Bill) of Park City and Connie Gruver of Scott City. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; 2 step-grandchildren.
