He was predeceased by: his parents, William Matthew Duncan and Sarah Ethel Duncan (Carroll); and his sister Betty Duncan. He is survived by: his wife Lois M. Wilcox; his daughters, Lynda Engler (David) of Basehor, KS, Jessica Duncan of Belle Plaine, KS and Regina Wells (Martin) of Goddard, KS; his siblings, U. Joan Duncan and Herbert Duncan (JoAnn); and his granddaughters, Emily Shaw (Colin) and Natalie Verratti (Shawn).

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you donate to the Kansas Honor Flight, Doc, the American Diabetes Association, and Serenity Hospice.
