She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Dale Coons and Ardellee Coons; her husband David Voth of Derby; her brother Doyle Coons (Kim) of Lawrence; her children, Melissa Buteyn (Dennis) of Wichita and Matthew Voth (Laura) of Goessel; and her grandchildren, Colin Buteyn, Lillian Voth and Greyson Voth.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Derby Public Library.

“Linda brought joy into the lives of those around her. Karen and I and the other members of our dinner group were especially blessed to have spent hours eating good food and having great conversations with Linda. She openly expressed her love and devotion to Dave. She was so proud of Melissa and Matt, and oh my, was she eager to tell us what her grandchildren were doing. Linda was excited about her work at the library. She enjoyed her interactions with her colleagues and the people of Derby.”
