It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kelly D. Shoffner of Derby, Kansas, born in Wellington, Kansas, who passed away on November 2, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her former husband Rick Shoffner; her children, Eric, Alyson and Adam; her siblings, Steve and Jan; and her husband Jeff. She is also survived by her four grandchildren.
