He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Leroy, Esther Rose, Fred and Naomi Palmer; his aunt Patricia Palmer; his uncle Randall Palmer; his sister Krystal Rose; his nephew Elias Solomon; and his stepparents, Sandy Oliphant and Barry Griep.
He is survived by: his wife Casey Solomon; his father Dale Rose; his sisters, Sharla Rose and Leah Griep; his parents-in-law, Joe and Penny Solomon; his nieces and nephews, Gibson Rose, Jordyn Lay, Lukas Fulton, Branden, Kaylee, Ethan, Emma Brown, Makenzie, Cheyanne Solomon, Elana and Elise Solomon; and his pet Duke. He is also survived by the cats; numerous other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in Justin's name to the Kansas Humane Society.
