With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joey Houlihan (Derby, Kansas), who passed away on April 27, 2022 at the age of 48. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, Robert Decker and Betty Decker; her brother Dan Decker (Kara); her grandmother Justina Decker; her nephew Riley; and her nieces, Makayla, Olivia, Callee and Paisley. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
