He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Dillard and Kathryn Dillard; and his brother Lon Keith Dillard. He is survived by: his wife Judy Dillard; his children, Jeff Dillard (Lori), Jim Dillard (Marla) and Jana Foltz (Craig); and his grandchildren, KaLynn Townsend (Barrett), Benjamin Thackrey, Michael Dillard (Anna), Sean Wood (Kenzie), Kyle Dillard, Logan Dillard (Savannah), Connor Foltz, Elizabeth Dillard, Carson Foltz and Jordan Dillard. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
