He was predeceased by: his parents, Loron DeBelle and Elizabeth DeBelle (Ringgold); his siblings, Martha DeBelle, Naomi DeBelle, James DeBelle, Etta DeBelle, Ernest DeBelle and Frederick DeBelle; and his cousin Dorothy Cox.
He is survived by: his daughter Jody; his brother Louis DeBelle; and his cousin Charles Cox.
