She was predeceased by: her parents, George P. Baxter and Icie Hansford Baxter; her former husband Leonard Rumford; her husband Robert M. Webb; her son Edwin Dwight Baxter; her brother George P. Baxter Jr.; and her half-brother Floyd Baxter.
She is survived by: her children, Michael L. Rumford (Linda) of Wichita, Shirley J. Kennison (Larry) of Marquette and Helen R. Rumford of Derby, Kansas; and her stepchildren, Robert Webb of Beaumont, Texas and Linda Seiler of Salina, Kansas. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren.
