He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Nick, Marlene Nichols, Ray, Betty Molloy and Vera Campbell.
He is survived by: his parents, Rickey Molloy and Nicky Molloy; his sister Tiffany Woods (Ty); his children, Jackie and Cole Molloy; and his nieces and nephews, Cody, Caitlyn Woods, Alex and Raylee Rardin.
In lieu of flowers the family will be establishing a memorial scholarship in Jeremy's name with the Derby Community Foundation.
