She is survived by: her parents, Charles Champ and Lou Ann Champ (Rendleman) of Houston, TX; her daughter Ashley Burns (Aaron) of Derby; her grandson Logan Burns; and her siblings, Stephanie Lyness of Norman, OK and Jeff Champ (Sandie) of Louisiana.
