He was predeceased by: his parents, James Moore and Beverly Jo Moore; and his brothers, Mike Moore and Chris Moore. He is survived by: his spouse Philip R Rivers-Moore of Wichita, KS; his sister Ann Swinson (Randy) of Shawnee, OK; his daughter Tracy Guffey (Chad) of Clinton, MO.; and his sisters-in-law, Lynn Moore of Seminole, OK and Annette Haga of Wichita, KS.. He is also survived by his family and friends.
