He is survived by: his wife Margie Palmer; his children, Glenda Baker (John) and Steve Palmer (Tammy); and his grandchildren, Roxanne McAdam, Travis Baker and Elizabeth Justice (Brandon). He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
