Herschel T. Middlebrooks Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 1, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Herschel T. Middlebrooks of Derby, Kansas, born in Farmington, Georgia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Middlebrooks and Lucille Nard; and his brother Charles. He is survived by: his wife Judith Annette Scott; his grandchildren, Will, Lacey, Mary (Tom), Ryan, Cody, Cassi, Caden, Timbir (Tim), Kristin, Kevin (Traci), Sydney and Shelby (Tina); his great grandchildren, Madison and Makenzie; and his brother Jerry Middlebrooks (Lorraine). He is also survived by four children, he adored his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
