He was predeceased by: his mother Patsy Cox. He is survived by: his wife Kasey Cox; his children, Zac, Chad, Kendall, Brooklyn and Raylan Cox; his grandchildren, Eloise and Lincoln Cox; his father Thomas Cox; his siblings, Perry Cox (Sondra) and Lisa Cox; and his close friends, Cory Ingram and John Mitchell. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other extended family.
