He was predeceased by: his parents, George McIntire and Arzella McIntire; and his siblings, Cheryl Ann Burfiend and Roberts G. McIntire. He is survived by: his wife Annette McIntire; his son Miles McIntire; and his granddaughter Carsyn McIntire.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
