He was predeceased by: his parents, Pete and Frances Sommerhauser; his wife Connie (Leis); and his siblings, Mary Frances, Marie Simon and Glenn Sommerhauser.
He is survived by: his children, Darrell (Mary K.) of Raytown, MO, Bob (Sylvia) of Rose Hill, Tim (Jane) of Mulvane, Elaine Coulson (Tom) of Haysville, Marya Taylor (Larry) of Haysville, Kathy Barker (Kevin) of Rose Hill and Karen Langer (Jerry) of Wichita. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces; and nephews.
