With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Duane Alan Reissig of Derby, Kansas, born in Hays, Kansas, who passed away on March 8, 2023 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Reissig and Ada Reissig; his grandparents, Roscoe, Dora Flickinger, George and Christina Reissig; his sister-in-law Sondra Schiefelbein; and his niece Courtney Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his son Keith (Kay); his grandchildren, Elijah, Aaron and Natasha; his brother-in-law James Brown (Julie); his niece Cassidy Thomas (Poet); his brother-in-law Duke Schiefelbein (Laura); his nephew Ryan Schiefelbein; and his great-nephews, Keegan and Donnovan Schiefelbein.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Kansas Humane Society or a memorial of your choice.
