She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley Long and Cloetela Long; her daughter Dalette; and her sisters, Donna Garber and Peggy Jennings.
She is survived by: her husband Dale Frazier; her sons, Dart (Angie) and Derek (Tanya); her brothers, Gary Long (Kathryn) and David Long; and her grandchildren, Brandon, Marena, Blaine, Jaden, Brayden and Cassie. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
A memorial has been established with the Cystic Fibrosis Association of West Plains, Missouri.
