She was predeceased by: her parents, Jennings Walters and Lena Frey; her brother Phillip Walters; and her brother-in-law Corliss Ballou. She is survived by: her children, Michael Shivers, Marlene Salsman, Melissa Shivers, Mitchell Shivers (Renee), Mark Shivers (Becke) and Mae Smith (William); and her sister Roseanne Ballou. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren.
