He is survived by: his father Loyd Lee Osburn; his children, Kelly Bishop (James), Brian Osburn (Ann) and Kacy Osburn; his stepson Michael Dzatko; his siblings, Carol Snyder, Raymond Osburn (Brenda) and Tammy Osburn; his grandchildren, Corina Bishop, Reanna Bishop, Cyerra Bishop, Lily Williams, Averi Wright, Chase Cook and Alliyah Osburn; and his great grandchildren, Amir, Amelia, Aurora, King and Amari.
