He is survived by: his mother Sherry Shipley (Moffitt); his wife Leslie DuLac; his daughters, Heather Collins (Brad) and Brooke Shipley; his stepchildren, Simon (Jordan), Andrew, Thomas, Jonah and Elizabeth DuLac; his grandchildren, Parker, Maddilyn and Branson; his stepgrandchildren, Maddox and Rosalie; and his sister Trucilla Shipley. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
