He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Maxwell and Juanita Maxwell. He is survived by: his wife Betty Sue; and his children, Loretta (Larry Warden), Micheal (Teresa Maxwell), David Maxwell of Mustang Oklahoma, Autumn Dehart and Rusty. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren 31 great grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
