He is survived by: his wife Lucy Barbara Carroll; his children, Bruce (Abra), Catherine (Igor) and Lisa (Hugh); his grandchildren, Tev, Alexandra, Maceo, Eden and Eleanor; his nieces, Carmen, Kristen and Diana Carroll; his nephew Daniel Carroll; and his brother-in-law Michael Carroll (Susan).
