He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Frances Larkin (Wall) and Willie Larkin; and his son Steven E. Larkin, II. He is survived by: his former wives, Regina M. Sunneberg and Karen Snyder; his children, Megan Torneden (Tyler) of Overbrook, KS and Aaron Larkin (Alexandra) of Topeka, KS; his stepson James Rowland of Oklahoma; his sisters, Lori Ellis of Denison, KS, Marla Shupe of Circleville, KS and Sherry Edington of Holton, KS; and his grandchildren, Aidan, Mason and Annabella. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
