She was predeceased by: her father Edward Brazda. She is survived by: her mother Ann Brazda (Schuetz); her husband Ryan E. Phillips; her children, Travis Holt (Jessica) of Ellsworth, KS, Trevor Holt (Jerica) of Denison, KS and Shelby Phillips of Denison, KS; her brother Mike Brazda of Kansas City, KS; and her grandchildren, Rylee and Tucker. She is also survived by her husband, mother, kids and grandkids.
