She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Kelsay and Lucy Kelsay (Vaughn); and her husband Paul A. Smith. She is survived by: her daughters, Jane Howlett of Kennewick, WA, Cindy Seneker (Richard) of Kansas City, KS and Gwen Gregory (Charlie) of Denison, KS. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
