He is survived by: his children, Heather Smith of Haskell and Larry Smith of Kingston, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Chazlin Smith, Shealynn Smith and Kyle Smith; and his siblings, Terri Bishop of Dearing, Leanna Fowler of Dearing and Gail Smith of Coffeyville.
