She was predeceased by: her parents, Phomalee Phonkhamlay and Boun Phonkhamlay; and her sons, Phoutavahn Siyajuck and Xaysana Siyajuck. She is survived by: her husband Sene Siyajuck; her children, Sooksavay Siyajuck of Overland Park, Thipmalay Lynn (Siyajuck) of Fort Campbell, KY and Chantha Siyajuck of Lenexa; and her brother Somnuk Phommanorat of Texas.
