She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Edwin and Mariam Richardson (Tedrow); her husband Chester; and her brothers, Claude and Frank Richardson.
She is survived by: her children, Jeanne Standley, Penny Henry, Jerry Skaggs and Kelly Skaggs (Candy). She is also survived by six grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren.
