He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard "Dick" and Arlene "Jean" Sheahon (Pehowic); and his sister Joan Wood. He is survived by: his wife Julie Sheahon of Wichita; his daughters, Heather Whelan (Mick) of Carl Junction, MO and Meredith Mansfield (Aaron) of Wichita; his siblings, Jack Sheahon (Anita) of Salina, Mike Sheahon of Lawrence, Steve Sheahon (Bonnie) of Wichita and Mary Pat Weese (Jim) of Salina; his brother-in-law Terry Wood of Topeka, KS; his grandchildren, Christopher Whelan, Catherine Whelan, Elliott Mansfield and Luke Mansfield; and his aunts, Audra Henderson (Herb) of Middletown, PA and Carol Boyer (Mark) of Leawood, KS. He is also survived by 15 nieces and nephews; 23 great-nieces and nephews; and a large extended family, and many lifelong friends.
