She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Newell and Alice Newell (Thibault); her husband Duane V. "Arkie" Belisle; and her grandchildren, Amber Seib and Blake Munsch.
She is survived by: her children, Paul Belisle (Mary) of Damar, Christy Seib (Jake) of Ness City, Lisa Belisle and Cammi Raab of Overland Park. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren.
