She was predeceased by: her parents, William Wilcutt and Shirley Wilcutt; her sister Candace Titus; and her grandson Dallas Winter. She is survived by: her children, Michael Leon Winter, Jr., Mitchell Winter, Tyler Winter and Wendy Witcher; and her sister Debbie Eaton. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
