He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Herbert and Viva Alley (Roots); and his siblings, James, Jerry Alley and Edna Riggs.

He is survived by: his wife Linda Alley (Cowan); his children, Johnathon Alley of Perry, Kami Howard (David) of Basehor and Jill Rowland (Todd) of Sterling; and his grandchildren, Jordan, Austin, Grace, Kate and Rose.

In lieu of flower, memorials may be made to First Southern Baptist Church in care of Larrison Mortuary.
