Jay F. Mavity Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jay F. Mavity of Cunningham, Kansas, who passed away on October 12, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Mavity and Edyth Ward Mavity; his former spouse Lou Mavity; his sons, Mark Mavity (Maria) and Joe Mavity; his wife Marilyn Fitsimmons; his children, Dennis Fitzsimmons, Leann McNerny and Barb Glenn (Scott); and his siblings, Fay and Judy Eilts. He was also cherished by 10 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made with the UMC 4C Childcare and Cunningham Community Foodbank, both in care of the funeral home.
