She was predeceased by: her parents, John Blake Dukes and Blanche Dukes (Walker); her children, Cheryl (Lowell) and Bryan; and her grandsons, Cory and Joshua.

She is survived by: her husband Lowell Andrew Chambers; and her children, Tracy Chambers (Larry Preisser), Casey Chambers, Mickey Chambers (Carol), Dave Kip Chambers (Janet) and Ryan Chambers.

Memorials may be made to Lemon Park or Hilltop Manor in care of Larrison Mortuary.
