He is survived by: his wife Charlotte C. Hegarty; his children, David Giles of Cummings, KS, Eileen Frad (Eddie) of Atchison, KS, Mary Jeanne Bond (Darryl Kuntz) and Barbara Baker; and his brother Gerald Giles (Patty) of Atchison, KS. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, three step grandchildren, thirty-four great grandchildren, twelve step great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.
