He was predeceased by: his parents, Charley Blecha and Leona Blecha. He is survived by: his brothers, Robert E. Blecha of Hays, Loren C. Blecha of Kansas City and Louis J. Blecha (Janet) of Goodlettsville. He is also survived by many cousins, relatives and friends.
Ralph requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Sisters of St. Joseph of Concordia, Kansas, and can be sent in care of the Funeral Home.
