He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lawrence "Lorny" Guy Phelps Sr. and Emma Marie Brassart Phelps; his grandparents, Guy and Mary Phelps; his daughter Carrie LaRue (Brad); his grandchildren, Zach LaRue (Gina DeMondo), Jacob LaRue and Maggie LaRue (Andy McConville); and his son Brian David Phelps.
