He is survived by: his wife Tara Passey; his stepson Jason Palmberg (Laurissa) of Henderson, Nevada; his brothers, Jackie Smith (Nancy) of Coyville, KS and Clyde Smith (Marlene) of Toronto, KS; his grandchildren, Kara and Vincent Marr; and his siblings, Donald Smith, Lonnie Smith, Floyd Smith and Penny Lewis. He is also survived by 3 Step-Grandchildren.
