Marvin Brockelman Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marvin Brockelman (Council Grove, Kansas), who passed away on April 17, 2020 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Brockelman and Ruth Brockelman (Shaefer); his wife LaVon Louise Place; his son Brian Gene; and his siblings, Everette, Raymond, Floyd, Frank Jr., Clifford, Ralph, Clayton and Blanche.
He is survived by: his daughter Janice Lawton (John) of Council Grove; his grandchildren, Lauren (Christopher Ellis) of Nashville, TN and J. T. Lawton of Overland Park, KS; and his niece Kathy Brockelman-Welch. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest charitable donations be made to Council Grove Senior Center or Shriners Hospital for Children.
