He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Mann and Gladys Mann (Russell); and his brothers, Earl and Clifford. He is survived by: his wife Dolores N. Maxwell; and his children, Sonia Koslosky (John) of Bel Aire, Tony Mann of Cottonwood Falls and Tammy Jirak (Jeff) of Marion. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
