He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Collins and Sue Collins (Cook); his brother Roger Collins; his brother-in-law Don Hudson; and his granddaughter Savannah.
He is survived by: his wife Becky Burk (Harold); his children, Jennifer Reynolds (Warren), Heather Howland (David), Kristie McClellan (Roger) and Jeremy Burk (Bobbi); and his sister Kathi Hudson. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren.
