He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl O. Barr and Margaret Barr (Drummond). He is survived by: his wife Darlene; his children, J. C. Barr (Judy) of Yukon, OK, Frank Barr (Carrie) of Buhler and Anne Shaver (Jesse) of Emporia; his grandchildren, Mollie Barr Gatto (Anthony), Kacey Bowen (Paul), Colin Barr, Heather Munsey (Ryan) and Bryce Shaver (Jessica); his great grandchildren, Harper Munsey, Lakin Munsey and Everly Shaver; and his brother Gene Barr (Nita) of Burdick.
